Re: Wal-Mart Black Friday ad
Went to Walmart to buy the ever elusive Ocean Spray Cranberry Juice with Lime (I bought all 10 of their 64oz bottle stock). While I was there, found White House Down, which was priced at $9.96.
Great purchase, except the dummy at the register forgot to take the movie out of the plastic security casing. I didn't realize it until I got home.

Re: Wal-Mart Black Friday ad
I wandered in this afternoon. Place was a mess, and no WB TV Blu's. Almost no WB TV DVD's for that matter.
But I found the Internship Blu still on the regular rack with slip. That was my main goal.
Also picked up Supernatural DVD S6,S7. True Blood DVD S1. A couple $1.96 DVD's and Hunger Games - Ltd Ed DVD + Bonus Mockingjay Pendant $4.96 as a gift.
I would of liked to have seen Dexter S7, but no luck on that one.

Went on Thursday night and bought a bunch of BDs, about $77's worth, including the nifty edition for The Big Lebowski, and all 4 of the X-Men BDs, along with Wolverine Origins for $3.96 each.
Then stopped by Friday night and found that they brought in more stuff, mainly from Universal Studios, including the Steelbooks, so I ended up getting the Steelbook editions for Hulk, Serenity, Deathrace, Hellboy 2. Did not see the steelbook for Van Helsing, passed on The Mummy steelbook edition. Also picked up the steelbook for Total Recall ($9.96) for a friend. Picked up the Bourne Trilogy on BD, finally moving off the HD-DVD versions of them. Heh.

Went there today and they didn't have jack from what I could see. The palettes were a mess.
I picked up Bullet to the Head for $3.96, Gangster Squad and Rock of Ages for $6.96 each.
I also picked up Teen Wolf season 2 DVD for $9.96 (cheapest I've ever seen it) and a few cheapie $1.96 DVDs.

Rohnert Park, CA store was dry as a bone. Windsor, CA store had a ton of stuff still available.
I picked up Beautiful Creatures (BD) & Serenity (BD/Steelbook) for one of my best friends and This Is The End (BD) for myself.

Re: Wal-Mart Black Friday ad
For anyone looking for Walker Texas Ranger my store had season 7 and final season for 9.96. There were two spots for season 3 and 4 but they were gone. I also saw season 1 and 6 on Thursday night.

Re: Wal-Mart Black Friday ad
Looks like a I managed to find all the stuff I ordered from them through Amazon or Target (Argo and Warm Bodies) with free shipping. Guess I'll let my store pickup die. I'd rather wait a few days than try to deal with store pickup. It's generally terrible most days of the year. I can only imagine xmas time.

Now it seems Wal-Mart has Nikita S3 and Persons of Interest S2 in stock online but they have raised the prices up to nearly $30. I figured they would find some more once the 9.96 price expired.

Just an FYI, most of the "Ultimate Editions" at Walmart are now dead.

Re: Wal-Mart Black Friday ad
i recently picked up "42" sealed at a pawn shop. It was the one sold at walmart during BF 2013. It has a black "promo" sticker. The UPC is covered up with a WM UPC, so I can't tell what it really is.
What I wanted to know: Is this the rerelease or the combo pack. Amazon has 2 listings for 42. One is the LE Combo pack and the other seems to be a blu-ray only version (though it does lists 2 discs).
Is this just the LE without a slip? I just want to know before I open it. I will probably sell it off if it isn't the combo pack.

Re: Wal-Mart Black Friday ad
The one I got at WM was regular release BD/DVD/UV without a slipcover. As far as I can tell that was the only difference.
What Amazon is listing as a Limited Edition looks like Target Exclusive which does have 2 extra featurettes which the Regular release and WM edition don't have
Exclusive Features:
• A Partnership for the Ages
• Net Impact

Indicates just BD (though it is a 35.99 SRP down to 7.99)

and this one: (shows the Target exclusive cover? and has a MSRP of 19.99 - and it says BD/DVD/DC.
