I finally got around to opening my Twilight Zone set today, and all five season set cases were smashed to bits. Two were so badly smashed that that the cover inserts were torn, and on three of the cases, the wraparound plastic that holds the cover insert appears to have been sliced into multiple pieces. The disc holders were broken (of course), but oddly enough, all of the discs seem to be okay, and the cardboard box that they all fit into is pretty much unscathed. I've already ordered replacement cases, as these are completely unusable. Still, I can't be too terribly angry, considering the price that I paid for the set. Even with the $20 I had to spend on replacement cases, it's STILL a tremendous bargain.

There was an odd bulge that I could feel under the bottom of the box, but it could have been an advertising insert that had been crumpled while they were packing the box. Cosmetically, I didn't detect anything wrong with it until I opened it.
