I know these are good deals for Shout Factory, but shipping kinda kills the deal for me. 6 titles I want comes to $96.21. $15.20 each just doesn't sound like a deal to me anymore...

If they'd've had free shipping on orders of $25 or more like alot of etailers these days, I might've ordered a TV series I've been jonesing for. But as it turns out, while the coupon gives it a good price, shipping makes it more than what I can get it for from Amazon. Dammit anyway.

At the time, that was a killer deal.

I like these titles, but only a few of them are worth +$10 prices. I have to believe these will be cheaper someday. Maybe not, but 15 bucks a pop adds up fast.

This is a solid retailer. They tend to run small discount codes like this one every few months, which can make for some excellent deals. The only caution I might warn about is far-flung pre-orders. If a pre-order gets pushed back beyond a month from ordering, they will often cancel the order.

I made an order around 1am on 10/10/13 using paypal (paid with credit card via paypal actually).

So far, I have not seen a charge on my paypal account when logging into my paypal account online. When I log in to my online credit card account, I see that they tried to charge the total, but it was refunded. Then it was charged and refunded again. Anyone else have this same issue?

They don't have a phone number for customer service and I emailed them, however it being a Saturday, I doubt I'll hear a reply until after the sale is over.

I really do not want to miss out on this sale, so I'm contemplating placing the same order again but with a credit card this time.

Anyone run into a similar issue?

The reason their deals are not that great is that they dropship from AEC. They obviously do not get many deals like Amazon.
