I've never used them but people on the other forums say they are legit. You can use paypal so getting your money back wouldn't be a problem.

I went ahead and took a chance on boulevardmovies.com. Fairly painless, and much to my surprise, I already received a ship notice with a tracking number yesterday. Looks like this company is located in Toronto Canada. Good news is, if their email is accurate, I should receive it in 4-9 business days. Still a good few days before the release date of 10/22.

Just ordered it! I had to pay sales tax (I'm in Georgia). Still the best price I've seen for this.
