1. an order confirmation email (which most already have)
2. a cancellation email (which I predict most that got #1, will)
3. a shipment confirmation email (which ALL of those who don't get #2 will)

SlickDicks normally do. I think in order to get a supercool icon thingie next to your username, you need to order QTY 25 minimum.
