Amazon U.K. - BFI Flipside Blu/DVD Combos £8.25 (+/-$12.60 US shipped)
Pretty much every dual-format title in this series has been down to £9.50 for a week or two, but most dropped even further today to £8.25 (which is pretty much the shipped price as well, once the VAT business is calculated). They're usually in the £12-15 range, as I recall.
I don't know if this is the lowest they've ever been, but it seems likely, and it's fair considering the treatment afforded these overlooked gems of (mostly 60's) British cinema, nearly all of which are loaded with substantial supplements and booklets. These are all Region B (EDIT: actually, not all of them - see below!), so compatibility might be an issue. Here's a bunch; the others will pop up in the various sidebars and "also recommended" sections:
Her Private Hell:

Nightbirds (Andy Milligan)

London In The Raw

Primitive London

The Pleasure Girls

Here We Go Round The Mulberry Bush (Clive Donner)

Privelege (Peter Watkins)
http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B005R17ZH8/
Some of these (London In The Raw, Primitive London, Permissive, That Kind of Girl) are available on DVD in R1 via Redemption/Jezebel, but minus all the bonus materials of the U.K. sets.

This link is a good reference for BFI region coding:

I've got DEEP END and can't recommend it highly enough. The restoration looks fantastic. I've never seen it look this good before and I saw it in theaters. Twice. I can also confirm that it's region free.

Thanks to the folks who've pointed out that most of these are, in fact, region-free. I guess I saw "Region B/2" on enough of them consecutively that I assumed they all were. Based on that Criterion thread, Amazon's stats are way, way off. Even though I have the capability, it's nice to know that all but two of the 11 that I ordered (MULBERRY BUSH and BED SITTING ROOM) will have playability outside my own system.
The treatment BFI has afforded these "forgotten" films tends to make Criterion's Eclipse line come up a bit wanting. I'm tempted to just buy the rest of 'em and be done with it.
Also, pretty sure these are in Blu-ray cases, not DVD cases as JoeySeven suspects . . .
Finally, THE PARTY'S OVER is still £8.25, but you have to look in the "used and new" section to see Amazon's price for it. For some reason, the main page price belongs to a Marketplace seller. Just noticed REQUIEM FOR A VILLAGE also shows a higher on the main page, but is in fact £8.25 like the rest:
http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0051GQ0FC/
And Barbet Schroeder's other Pink Floyd collaboration, THE VALLEY:
http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B004CZ6I32/
.

Re: Amazon U.K. - BFI Flipside Blu/DVD Combos £8.25 (+/-$12.60 US shipped)
Received Primitive London and That kind of Girls so far from the three orders I made.I ordered around 20 movies total.
Have not watched the movies yet.
The packaging is very nice.Clear cases blu-ray size, numbered with a catalog inside.I do not see any info about what region the blu-ray disc is.
Now I'm going to have to wait for the next month or so,because Amazon.Uk ships a few different ways to the USA.Air mail is by far the fastest.
One ordered I made over 30 days ago was lost(ground shipping).
I had no problems getting sent a replacement order, just have to wait another 3 + weeks for my order now.
