It's hilarious that I ALWAYS seem to know more about the promotion than those that work the counter where you take the dvds... I have had everything happen from people who tried refusing me, saying BB doesnt take DVD trade ins for store credit, a refusal of a couple R rated titles one time because the person didnbt realize ADULT titles being refused for this sale doesnt apply to R rated films, only porn...

I ended up being successful both those times, but having to argue, or wait an extra 15 minutes for them to even FIND the coupons can be a hassle...

Does anyone know how they give refunds if I used a rewards cert on an item I'm returning?

Dumb question, but I've got $40 in reward zone certificates, do I need to print them all out still? I thought I read something about it just showing up on your RZ card when they scan it, did I just imagine that?

I'm also considering Attack The Block. I saw it before and thought it was just okay, pretty good, but nothing to shit your pants over. But the hundreds of rave reviews and the countless "best of" lists it topped kinda make me want to see it again and see if I missed something.

Another question - I ordered something online that was backordered and therefore never sent to me. I was given $10 off my next online purchase. If I use that online to buy something, then return it in store, do you think I will get $10 credit?

Silent Hill Revelation 3d is cheaper than the normal blu-ray disc and has a better cover...no use for 3d, but maybe someday in the future I will, so might as well get that one. Wish I would have waited on Willow, paid $15 on release week. Oh well, can't win them all.

I tried to get The Frighteners ($11.99 before U&S) with $8 Fandango money toward Oblivion, but this title is ineligible for U&S. I don't recall movie-money offers being excluded from U&S in the past. Is this new?

Could be. I recall getting MIB 1 and 2 loaded with movie vouchers during a previous U&S.

I managed to find a store that had both Dark Knight Returns parts 1 and 2. Between U&S and $25 in Reward Zone cents I walked out with both for about $9. Too bad the $5 off promotion for buying both together expired in Mrch.

The terms and conditions link off of bestbuy.com/upgradeandsave (which is where is says to go for details in the print ad) does not appear to have been updated. It still has "offer valid through 2/2/13."

I'd try again at a different store or with another cashier if you have time to go back.
