This is a great deal. Too bad I already own it.
I feel like there's a superior sequel somewhere in there. I can't believe there's no fan edit 10 years later that attempts to salvage one good film out of the disaster of a multimedia project that was Enter the Animatrix Reloadvutions but the first film now seems small in scale and extremely dated compared to the spectacular setpieces peppered between the raves and pseudo-philosophical nonsense. |

This always seems to be on sale for the same price though. Never really seen it go much below $25. |

I already have the first one. Like a few other films, I completely ignore the fact that the sequels were even made. I don't think they could sit on my shelf without me feeling bad about it.

I already own them on HD-DVD so I would only be buying it for the Animatrix, hopefully they released it separately one day

There are 2 different listings for this set on Amazon - one released in 2008 and one release in 2012. Can someone please tell me if there is any difference between these 2?
They have different ASIN #s too. All the copies I see in the stores show a year of 2008. Is there really anything different between the two? I want to find out before I open my copy (from 2008). |

Usually the latter one lacks Digital Copies, so that's probably the case here.
