Yes! According to camelcamelcamel, it's never been lower. Great price point to upgrade my DVDs (which I bought for $49.99 some years ago, and thought that a great deal).

As a kid I was never able to sit through this series, even though I loved the gangster themed film more than a little. But at this price, and having put a few decades of maturity behind me, I'm finally ready to give it a chance. Purchased!

Give Part III a fair shake while you're at it. It's undeniably inferior to the first two by a substantial margin AND it was, at best, the 3rd-best gangster movie of 1990 (after Goodfellas and Miller's Crossing, and I might even put it below Dick Tracy too) but that doesn't mean it's a bad movie. If you think "The Godfather Part III" is a bad movie you need to watch more movies.

Man, I feel stupid. I saw this yesterday at work and didn't have access to some Christmas gift cards so I figured I would buy it when I got home. I was so tired I forgot. Now it's $20.99. The thing is at that price I would normally jump on it but just KNOWING it was $17.99 yesterday... it's hard to bring myself to do it.

Always enjoyed the first two, never saw the third. Also never got around to buying any of them before, so ordered Saturday. Should be arriving sometime today (Amazon Prime).

Seems UPS never gets here with packages where I live until around 7pm. :-(
