Assume that all of these are available to all customers unless specifically listed as member only like the Welcome Package. Also remember that any preliminary codes are just that and BN could pull it, change the details or exclusions anything prior to release so always a bit of YMMV until the final release date

Grabbed Get Out for $4.99. I've been wanting to revisit it since first seeing it, so it was tough to pass up at that price.

Tempted to pick up Get Out, but I’m not sure I would ever watch it again. I enjoyed it but it doesn’t have a lot of rewatch value. Would have bit on Split for $5.

Decent price drop on the Alien 6-Film set to $39.99, although it will surely go lower eventually:

It's gone way lower.

Re: Amazon discounts and deals on Blu-ray
What's in a name? Lots of confusion when there are so many different sets.
There is a Bluray Quadrilogy too with just the 4 movie discs (2 cuts of each)
The Anthology in the US is the 6 disc -- 4 Movies and 2 massive bonus disc
In the UK both of those sets are named Anthology. In the UK there is/was also a 5 movie set called "Prometheus to Alien: THe Evolution" with 2 versions -- a 5 Movie/8 Disc set and 9 disc set adding Prometheus 3D.
As far as I'm aware $40 is the lowest price for the new 6 movie/6 disc collection released in August, but losing the 2 bonus disc of the US Anthology and the Bonus disc of the Prom 3D set is a huge loss.

Re: Amazon discounts and deals on Blu-ray
I suspect many of the blu-ray deals this season will be Add-On items (for example, Camelot blu-ray for $5 is currently an add-on item). If you 'Save It For Later', does that lock in the price until you find other things to order with it, even if it's two or three weeks later? Is there any way to add blu-rays to the monthly Subscribe-and-Save program? Or is this the month I order a years' supply of cat litter?

I don't think "save for later" does anything price-wise, in fact they notify you when stuff in your list changes price.

Re: Amazon discounts and deals on Blu-ray
I'm sure it doesn't lock in the price. And to my knowledge, media products are not eligible for Subscribe n Save because they're not consumables that you need repeated deliveries of.

Re: Amazon discounts and deals on Blu-ray
Save for later does not lock in price. I use Save for Later to, well, save for later, and keep an eye on the price if I think/know the price has been cheaper. When you go into your cart, it will tell you if something's price has changed.

Kind of tempted to get War For the Planet of the Apes for $12.88 but looking at Best Buy’s ad the 4K edition is only $14.99. I don’t have a 4K player or tv but since it comes with a Blu-ray too it might be worth the extra little bit to future proof myself. Wondering if Amazon will match their price. I’d probably get a couple others if they do.

*snicker*, I can guarantee you that my toddler & myself don't have that relationship.
Anyyyyyway, well it's a 5 dollar dvd, it's not exactly a Third Man Criterion. Believe me, I'm trying to show him at an early age how to take care of it. But I'd be foolish if I would actually start with something I care about. Needless to say, but I'm also abusing the heck out of Amazon Prime Video (first seven seasons of Thomas). It's a slow process.

The Jacques Rivette boxed set is $49.99 on Amazon. That's the lowest price I have ever seen it as.

Re: Amazon discounts and deals on Blu-ray
This morning I picked up Ronin Special Edition, Baywatch, War for the Planet of the Apes (4K) and Alien Covenant (4K)
They pretty much matched the Best Buy prices. The 2 4K's were $14.99 each, Batwatch was $8.99.
Since Ronin is Arrow and you will never find them in a B&M, I picked it up. It was discounted to $22.97
