Assume that all of these are available to all customers unless specifically listed as member only like the Welcome Package. Also remember that any preliminary codes are just that and BN could pull it, change the details or exclusions anything prior to release so always a bit of YMMV until the final release date

Mini FAQ
Coupons should not work for PREORDERS , Nook, Legos, Rosetta Stone, Digital, Gift Cards, Memberships, etc. There are glitches where sometimes an excluded item will be allowed but assume that is the exception to the rule
Free Shipping is $25 (before tax/shipping) or with membership.
Max 3 GC on a single online order.
Online only a single code can be applied to an order
Return period is 14 days after delivery (possibly 30 days for members though I've never tried)
Online ordered items can returned to a local store unless it's classified as a web-only item then it's at the store's discretion to accept
The long standing Free 60 day Trial Offer was discontinued in late May 2016

I remember the good old days of just getting free 2 day shipping with my PRIME membership and nothing else.

Yeah? Well I fucking live in the first-world. The main reason I have prime is for the shipping and that is going downhill fast. Cheaper items ($10 and under) in many other areas have become add-ons or ineligible over the last couple of years as well. As for the rest or the shit they offer under the prime banner, I only really use the streaming and that isn't worth $100 to me.

Congrats on it all. Pat yourself on the back. And don't pay for Prime anymore. A lot of us find it worth the price.

I love Prime. Very fast and efficient even with one movie. I do no rush and usually takes mere days, plus I like the steaming content...

When was the previous Scream Factory sale? Was that just a one-time thing?

I'm quitting Prime the minute they switch most cheaper media to add-on items. Ordering cheap CDs is just about the only reason I keep Prime.

Last time Amazon had one (that I can remember) was in May 2016. Not sure of the exact dates, but that was when I placed my small Scream Factory Sale order.

Just bought Ghost in the Shell anime for $6.99. I saw that they have the MONDO steelbook for $245 but fuck that. I paid $6.99 for regular BD.

Totally agree. I think Amazon is making a mistake. I expect the "add-on item" net will continue to get bigger and bigger.

Hopefully it's an annual thing. There are still several titles I would like to pick up.

Fuck, that's a good price for a visceral experience! I used a gift card so it was free, but I thought $27.99 was a good price...

Re: Amazon discounts and deals on Blu-ray

Probably to counter WM's new no-membership-needed, free 2-day shipping for $35+ orders. Plus BB's $35 minimum. $45 put them at the upper end and with them now charging sales tax to almost all states likely caused them to lose sales to WM and BB.

Re: Amazon discounts and deals on Blu-ray

They probably realized they were not only losing sales but weren't getting as many new Prime members as they hoped.

But you're definitely right on the sales tax costing them sales. Despite being a Prime member, my ordering shifted primarily to Best Buy once Amazon started charging sales tax in my state. Add Best Buy's reward program into the mix and it made sense. As an aside, I wish U.S. Prime members got some kind of perk at the international sites.

If you're a Prime member, you should consider getting a Prime Store Card, so you can get 5% cash back on every Amazon purchase. That reward return rate exceeds what you'd get through Best Buy.
