Superman / Superman II / Superman Returns (w/ slip)
Assassins / Cobra / The Specialist (w/ slip)

There were probably a few more. I picked up Goonies / Gremlins / 2.

EDIT: Thanks for Mananza for the early post. Didn't think to look in the WM thread ;)

I'm interested in that TMNT collection! Walmart had it as a store exclusive over the summer but when I went back to get it, they were sold out and never replenished by the time that floor display was removed. I'll keep an eye out for it. Thanks for the alert! :)

Stopped at a couple of Walmarts today and neither had this display. A few of the older sets were mixed in with the regular blu display and were marked 12.96. Was looking for the Goonies/Gremlins set.

Pictures I've seen of the BF displays showed some of these 3 packs in the displays (including the Gremlins/Goonies one). I don't know how much they'll cost (I think they had green dots), but I think people may find them there. If they are cheaper then I'll just return the $9 ones.

I'd like to know if these 3 packs are missing any extras from the individual releases. Hopefully someone will check a few and post.

Clearly YMMV. Hit my nearest WallyMart yesterday afternoon and no dice.

If anyone picks up the Hangover set, is the Hangover II the movie only version, or does it have special features?

Just to be clear, these three packs have three discs in them right? I can never forget the horror of opening a 4 pack From Dusk Til Dawn case and seeing a single disc. Needless to say, the films weren't exactly reference quality.

Same here. Checked out the Windsor, CA store. Didn't see them there.

Tons of them at my local WM. They were housed in large cardboard displays in the middle of an aisle. I noticed them because they were surrounded by people. I got the Austin Powersx3 Goonies/Gremlins and American X/Violence/Romance sets. Each contains three discs. I suppose if the film you are interested in had it's extras on a second disc, the second disc wouldn't be there.

I was there at 2 am, way after the crowds had hit and run. Was a weird vibe to see the store so empty. Hit Toys R Us afterward and there were more employee than people shopping at that hour. Never seen so many TRU employees at once, 20-30 at least and this at 3 am.

Dang. I hit 4 Walmarts looking for these and they were none to be found anywhere. Picked up the Kubrick triple pack at Best Buy but it rung up 19.99 this morning. I argued that it should've rung up as 9.99 and even walked the employee to the display where it said Warner Triple Packs 9.99 but because the individual slots said 19.99 she wouldn't budge. Another employee came over and agreed with her and then tried to explain to me that he was sorry but someone obviously put the wrong top on the display. I again pointed out that it said Warner Triple Packs 9.99 at the top, but again they wouldn't budge. I said forget it and went home. Plan on writing an email to complain.

I'm generally not a big fan of these sets of mixed films unless they're all part of a series like the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles set. Might get the Superman set though.

Majority of the STACKED Walmart Stores are the so called Walmart Super-Center Stores :(

Success! Stopped by one more Walmart this morning on my way out of town and found the triple packs that I had been looking for. Both rang up for $9. FU Best Buy.
