So my order of 14 titles that has been "open" since the 23rd, officially didn't go through. So I call DD and was told to replace the order. I asked what I should do if the prices went back up. They said take a screen shot of the orders page that didn't go through and if the prices went up, send them the picture and they would adjust the prices accordingly. Luckily though, all the prices were the same. But just to make sure, I placed the order over the phone and he processed the order while I was on the line, and charged my credit card. 4 are on back order out of 14, which doesn't bother me too much, I can wait. I also changed the order up a bit. I didn't buy Dersu Uzala this time around after talking to people earlier in this thread. But I also added a new one. Never Sleep Again. The Elm Street documentry.

Apparently your yelling had no effect as I tried again last night and got the same error on a CB card. You have to be somewhat suspicious of a vendor when a bank as large as CB considers their charges "fraudulent". Did they bother to explain *why* they thought it was fraud? Possibly frequent/lenient allowance of those "drop box" shipments and many, many chargebacks?

DD seemed to lower a few prices. The MGM Hitchcock's like Rebecca, and Notorious are in the ten range. Spellbound is around 8. Annie Hall and Manhattan are in the ten range. Walking Tall Trilogy is in 18 range.
I was gonna pass on the ten off coupon untill I saw these. The coupon "JOLLY" is good today not sure until when.

I got that $10 off $50 coupon email but didn't/don't want to spend $50 at Deep Discount. I have several items in my wish list but only ever want to buy 1 or 2 of them when I review my list, and they never add up to $50. I don't think $10 off $50 is enough to spur me to spend that much when I normally wouldn't. I wish they'd do the '$5 or $10 off something from your Wish List' like they used to, they haven't done that in a LONG time. -kd5-

So the order I originally made on November 23rd, finally shipped......today. I had to place the exact same order FOUR times before it actually shipped. After 10 phone calls and some terrible customer service, this will naturally be the first and last time I give Deep Discount my business. Not only did they cancel the order 3 times, but I had to call them to find out it if it was cancelled. 4/5 days would go by and I'd call them only to find out.. oh yeah...we cancelled that order. My only real regret was not insisting a discount for such poor service. At one point when the CS rep was re taking my order, the prices had changed, and she was just taking my word on every item as far as how much it cost. I bought the krzysztof kieslowski collection for 40 bucks. I should have told her it was 19 bucks. Oh well, i'll be happy to get them and be done with this website.

They screwed up my order too. After waiting a month, and going back and forth through email with no success, I finally called in. They couldn't find my order and told me I didn't place it right. I told him that they sent me a confirmation email and I can see it in my order history. We went in circles for 10 minutes of me trying to get him to replace the order, and him continuing to look for the order. Finally, he told me to send a screencap of my order screen and they would replace it. Did that, and they responded that I needed to replace it myself and they would refund the difference.
