wow the price on the James bond collection ain't that bad. 30 dollars less than amazon.

I'm a little surprised with the American Horror Story price. I thought it would have been at least $10 more. Definitely picking that up.

I'm impressed with the Bond price. But I still got it for less from CH, amazingly (deal is dead). For 22 movies, $150 is kick ass...

I'm getting The Avengers at Target, but I'll get American Horror Story at BB...

I had Bond on preorder on Amazon UK for like $128 US but had to cancel over the bonus disc being region B. Might be tempted at that price (too bad the gift card is only offered on TV shows)

I got in a pre-order on Bond at CH also. But I also have this set pre-ordered at Amazon with the exclusive book.

If Amazon pm's in the next couple of days I may pay the extra few bucks for the book. But if they don't by Friday/early Sat. I will cancel to avoid getting to copies of this set.

Agreed but if they don't, I will be canceling my pre-order and going w/ BB because even with tax, it is over $16 difference at BB.

It's listed at $24.99 online so if you want to lock it at that price, you can pre-order. If the price goes down, you can do a price adjustment.

That's a good point. I wonder if I should cancel my pre-order and see if it pops up in my gold box?

I didn't know that if you pre-ordered something thru your gold box that if the regular price dips, your gold box price adjusts as well. I just figured that it would just adjust to the new price that was below your gold box price.

Yeah, the Gold Box Quick Picks 5% discount always stacks to the lowest price during the preorder period.

I've been pretty lucky with Amazon throwing most of the bigger new releases into my Gold Box. I've recently cancelled the Hitchcock box and the Universal Monsters box sets since even with the 5% discount, the price was too high based on the quality concerns raised here. I still have a high preorder price for the new Spider-Man movie, I need to keep an eye on that one before it ships.
