I've been getting the old coupons about half the time in my trade-ins so far.

For those that are into 3D blu-ray, Best Buy still has several titles on sale for $19.99. Combine the trade and save promotion, plus the $3 Disney coupon (from Disney Movie Rewards) that expires July 31 = $11.99 each! Was considering replacing my Polar Express blu that was "borrowed" some time ago, and though I don't have 3D capabilities, everything else is pretty much identical. Seems like a good deal.

Just got back from BB. Picked up Black Hawk Down for $4.99 and Chariots of Fire digibook for $12.99. They had five copies of the digibook on the shelf when I got there.

For anyone else who might be looking for COF, make sure you check the main stacks and not just the sale shelves. My store did not have these on the sale shelves and there was no shelf tag indicating the sale price next to them either.

I couldn't find the DMR coupon on the website in my account, had to dig it out of e-mail from March (!).....wished I had remembered this when I got Meet Robinsons 3D last week....and unfortunately, the only other 3D I want, Chicken Little, is for some reason excluded from the 3D sale.....

What do you guys think about the Disney $5 for 5 blu rays offer? I know you have to eventually purchase 5 blu rays, but I read that it's by 24 months. So we'd have up to 2 years to purchase 5 more movies. I went ahead and added 2 more to make it 7. It says that those movies are discounted and count towards the 5 needed to purchase later on.

Has anyone participated in this?

I don't see why they wouldn't simply refund you the $3 if you went to customer service with your receipt. Simply tell them you forgot to bring the coupon with you when you bought it there.

I haven't done anything besides make an account. I might try the promo you are talking about. Seems a lot better.

Definitely use the promo. I only use these promo codes when joining these kinds of clubs. The deal is excellent, especially if you buy a lot of Disney titles. You can easily find two more to buy within two years. And as mentioned, even with shipping and taxes factored in, it works out to around $10 a pop for brand new Disney Blu-rays.

Decided to go ahead and upgrade all my Bourne DVD's to get the Legacy fandango cash. Picked up Blade and Blade II as well, getting rid of my old DVD's.

First time I did this, and it was quick and easy. I hope I don't get addicted to upgrading.

Went to the 99 cent store and picked up a couple DVDs to trade in (Plus a Pump Up The Volume/Bed Of Roses double feature to keep). Even the skinny sports DVD rang up as $1. Picked up:
