I just came home and found a 'delivery failure notification' at my door (had ordered two backordered titles) and the card said I owed $3.50 for postage? Huh

So I was charged $5.95 shipping fees for what exactly...

When they created the postage to print, they entered the wrong dimensions of the box and/or weight. I'm guessing the latter and they made it too light. When you get packages like that, they expect the receiver to pay the difference.

If you contact Criterion, I imagine they'd be able to credit you for it.

Got all my backorders yesterday...was actually home and for the first time found out that "Prestige" shipping (at least in my area) is just some guy driving around in his own pickup dropping off orders. Who knew? :)

Finally got a shipping notice for Godzilla the other day. I figure it'll show up Mon or Tues. Good thing I'm not one of those people who is impatient about getting orders quickly.

I think they're waiting on all my titles to come back in stock before shipping. My order shows 4 titles as "Ships within one business day" but the 5th title (Three Colors Trilogy) shows as "Estimated ship date 15 Mar 2012." The weird thing is they've been constantly changing that date. First it was the 3rd, then the 8th, then the 11th, now the 15th. They must not have a very good system for estimating stock...

I got a shipping notice for all my items except Three Colors Trilogy. They must have some automatic 5-day buffer in their system for estimates on OOS items. The date went from the 17th to the 18th to the 19th in consecutive days.
