Not to mention there are two completely different video encodes floating around of the 15th anniversary edition, one made in AVC and one in VC-1. Of course Lionsgate couldn't be bothered to differentiate them on the outside, the only way to check is by playing the disc. The AVC video encode is the preferred choice for discerning videophiles.

The "newer" version was AVC for Stargate 15th Anniversary. The first encode was VC-1. Makes sense because I have the VC-1 encode on my HD-DVD. Plays just fine, but for Blu-ray it would freeze when selecting the extended version.

Btw, Evil Dead 2 25th Anniversary was selling for $5.99. Couldn't pass that up. Now THAT'S a good deal. :)

Gamer (2-Disc Edition) was also $5.99.

Got this at my local BB for 5.99, no slipcover though and i really needed it for this edition to be complete. :(
