I finally got access to it...and well looks like I won't be getting anything. 2 of the 3 titles I wanted (Dark Tower and Spider-Man on 4k) already show up as Sold Out. I guess I could go get War of the Planet of the Apes on 4k, but my hopes are already dashed, so it feels counter productive.

If all these UHD titles are going to be hard to come by, I might just settle with the digital versions, Vudu has Homecoming and Wonder Woman at 9.99 each, and both should port into other providers as they are both Movies Anywhere compatible.

I don't know what that means. I'm a regular reward zone member and I can buy them. If you have a Best Buy credit card it isn't that hard to spend $1500 (elite status) on normal items like gas and groceries.

I canceled my BB RZ MC after the points were lowered and expiration of their points and rewards was shortened. Used it for years but now I use Amazon Rewards and get 5% back. No expiration.

No, you just have to charge $3500 a year on their credit card. I have the cc and use it for my business expenses. I am an Elite member in March or April and most of my media purchases are free through RZ.

I just got BB Visa because I had to replace washer/dryer and you get 10% on first purchase. Other than 10% on the first purchase, 5% back everything purchased at BB and 1% everywhere else. Also some promotions like 3% gas /groceries (limited time).
Cash back however, isn't cash but comes in the form of "reward certificates" to be spent at BB, and which do expire. I don't love that but the real benefit is the elite status which grants early access to special sales and free shipping all year on everything.
My plan is to spend just enough to become and stay elite on a yearly basis, then fall back to better cards.

I only have the normal Best Buy store card, which I use for the occasional TV or Appliance purchase. Other credit cards are much more worthwhile, but obviously everyone's use case is different. I managed to become an Elite Plus member, but didn't buy anything with the early access anyway

If you're Elite Plus and subscribe to Gamers' Club Unlocked as well, gaming purchases are extra-rewarding. You get 20% off games in the first place, you'll frequently get $10 bonuses for preordering, and you get extra points to boot. It takes ~$58.82 from purchases of games (and Amiibo, Skylanders figures, Lego Dimensions figures/playsets, etc.) to get a $5 certificate. That's 8.5% back, in addition to all the other bonuses.

The Best Buy card I have (as far as I know?) only works in-store.

We also have the BB Visa CC. Been with them for about 12 years. Only lately did I realize I could use for other purchases, other than at BB.
