My guess the promotion ended sometime in the evening of Sunday, November 8 as Obi-Wan made his orginial post at 5:56 pm ET.

Missed this promotion by 20 minutes as I was on this website around 3:30 pm ET last Sunday - sigh.

A Best Buy near me had the Doctor Who Christmas gift set with the sonic screwdriver out early. They are selling it for $41.99 which the tag said is the price through January 2. Same price Amazon is currently selling it for. Price is currently showing as $49.99 on the Best Buy website.

FYI the tags for current box sets like the Sopranos and the Wire which Amazon is matching say the prices are valid through January 2.

That's odd because after I posted I saw a display at Barnes & Noble for the set with a "Get it Here First" sign. B&N in store had it for $50.99 with a 20% off sticker. With a 15% off coupon and 10% off for being a member you could get it for $31.xx.

Good deal then you can get the recent movie - Jurassic World (DVD/Blu-Ray Combo) for $9.99 or less later this week.
Paid $9.99 each for those last June and you got a ticket for each one you bought to see Jurassic World.
So it looks like I paid $5.00 for each movie ticket.

The DVDs of the first two movies are only $2.99 while the third one for some reason is $9.99. (All include Digital Copies)
They do offer the third one on DVD for $2.99 - but its store only.
(Has a check stores button where you usually see the add DVD/Blu-Ray to your cart button)
Its release date was 11/22/15 so it was released yesterday.
Its labeled - New! JURASSIC PARK III BF15 DFI (DVD) (DVD).

I'm somewhat jealous of you guys getting the first three movies for $5 apiece. I bought the trilogy set last year for a good price, but not close to $15.

"Tin Editions" and maybe they're trying to push them.......
