Best Buy is also known for actually charging you for the full amount on video games that are pre-ordered online and are still a month or more from coming out. This is why I have chosen to go into the store and put my 5 bucks down on a pre-order.

Glad I jumped on it last week. I must commend BB. I ordered Copper, Orphan Black and Walking Dead on Wednesday. They shipped out Copper and Orphan Black(I even got the misprint slipcover) on Thursday instead of holding those titles for The Walking Dead to be released. I received it on Saturday in perfect condition.

There's a display with some Anchor Bay and Miramax titles where you can get $7.50 in Fandango cash towards Sin City: A Dame to Kill For. None of the titles had a sticker on them, so I had to Google the promotion. Best Buy prints a promotional code on the bottom of your receipt, so if you toss that stuff it's where it's located. Some have reported problems with the receipts not having the code on the bottom, and having to call customer service.

Swung by Best Buy during lunch and picked up The Amazing Spider Man 2 (3D metal case thingy), Strike Back S2, Toy Story of Terror, and Family Guy Vol 12 for $51.xx.

Thanks for clarifying that. I've the display and there was a few titles I might have been interested in to get the code, but didn't see the sticker, so I passed. Maybe I'll try again later and see if there is anything worthwhile.

Picked up Spider Man 2 3D along with Toy Story of Terror. I had to get them to adjust the price of Spider Man 2 as the $10 was not coming off in store with Toy Story. I tried using both the Spider Man 2 $5 coupon and $5 Disney BD coupon but they would not take the Spider Man. The cashier tried to but since they had already adjusted Spider Man once, she said the computer would not allow another adjustment. No complaints though as I walked out paying $26.67 for both.

I was tempted to pick up the "magno" case, but stuck with the regular case. Also of note, the discs are stacked inside much like the Disney releases which is upsetting since the case they used is actually one made for a flapper(correct term?) disc holder. The case even has the tabs that hold the flapper in place.

Damn. I'd have to spend a lot of time perusing the site to come up with $100 worth of stuff. Might be difficult... I just spend $58 the other day. I suppose I could re-buy that stuff, and return what I bought... But then I chance getting the 3-month return ban from BB. Not sure I want to gamble.

Don't fret too much as there are a ton of exclusions. I am trying to place an order of tv sets using the buy more save more promotion. Apparently there are 1 or 2 items that are keeping me from using the code. Someone on SD claimed t ohave used it on that promotion, but I have yet to get it to work on the titles I am looking at. Maybe it's because a couple are preorders? Who knows.

From the Kellogg's Family Rewards fruit snack deal. You had to find 3 specially marked boxes of Kellogg's fruit snacks mentioning the Disney coupon. There are codes found inside that you have to enter on the KFR site.

The Orphan Black Season 2 slipcover has the correct picture on the cover, but it says Season 1 instead of Season 2. BBC recalled these copies and released it sans the slipcover. A few with the slipcover slipped out to retailers.
