I guess I got lucky too.

Only 4 titles I wanted. I refreshed for the first two minutes and the prices seemed to not be changing, so I tried adding one in my cart and it went to the sale price. Put the other 3 in, went to check out and had a couple quick delays (like it didn't want to accept my gc the first time), but checked out around 9 minutes after. Got the e-mail 2 minutes or so later.

Sorry to hear so many are having problems, I hope it gets better soon.

And now that it moved ahead to shipping page.. shipping is crazy... December 4 for Free, November 29 for $20.79, and November 28 for $36.25...

Previously it was nowhere near those prices.. and everything was to arrive by Nov 26/27... not worried as long as shipping is free.. but come on...

Got these in my cart and was able to checkout without delays right after the prices went live:

I thought that I had Wonder Woman 4K in that order too, but nooooo!

So for the 45 minutes I tried to get it using 2 different browsers on my PC, my iPad and my phone. I finally got it to go through on my phone, but it never prompted me to log in so I checked out as a guest.

Then it took another 15-20 minutes to get Moana BD for $8. I finally got through on my PC.

Even thought the site was PITA, glad I don't have to actually go to BB tomorrow!

I usually get great quick free shipping (when not doing in store pickup - for discount or because I know I will be near the store).

That's why I found it odd when it pushed out further than at first.

Got this after about 15 minutes of trying to give them my payment info.
Finally got back into the site and everything was still in my cart. Been trying to checkout, again, for about 10 minutes.

Was it this bad in last year? I don't recall having any problems last year.

Checkout is giving me the spinning, no-progress wheel for several minutes. Just now hit again for the third time.

Even Walmart wasn't this bad. Was done there in less than ten minutes. Been trying to checkout at BB for about 20 minutes. On about my 7th time (this go around) of trying to checkout.

Just now got to shipping info and had to re-input that... just moved on to the billing info page...

and, after hitting the place your order button several times (because it did nothing), it's giving me the spinning wheel.

Nope. Site says my order went thru... finally... but the site's cart icon still indicates 4 things in the cart. Clicking it shows nothing there however.

And now it emptied my cart.. If I didn't have so much time already invested, that would have caused me to give up.. gonna keep trying a little while longer.. then just forget it.. this is a total crap fest this year..

What a clusterfuck.

First it will not let me stay logged in. Everytime I click the "continue to checkout" button it logs me out. So whatever screw the RZ points, I just want to check out to end this nightmare. I put in my shipping and payment info and hit the "place your order" button... and nothing. The screen scrolls back to the top like I missed a mandatory box to fill out. It's not trying to load or anything. Just a dead button.

I've actually gone back to the cart to log in, etc. and made it to this dead button 3 times. This is fabulous.

I did the info manually and checked out as well since the checkout button basically is the Guest Check Out button. I plan to call tomorrow to get this order added to my account (MyBB Points, and Order History).

This is so bad this year.

I found out what was emptying the cart - Visa Checkout as I tried that to see if it would keep me logged in.

Almost makes the money I've saved not worth it. In fact, I should have quit a long time ago but I just couldn't let it win. Stupid obsessive compulsive behaviors.

Had the same problem. Had to manually enter all my info over & over again. It says the order went through. But my order history shows nothing & no emails from BB about the order I just placed. What a waste of time.

Yay...order placed, and a good chunk of the $14.99 4K were films I did not see in the theater (like Baby Driver). Now to get some sleep...driving down to Los Angeles early tomorrow...but yeah, to echo others my BF shopping is pretty much complete (also picked up some CDs...BB also has some nice prices on many 2017 CDs).

Credit where credit is due, BB is pretty much the only major store that put a ton of hot titles in 4K on sale for $14.99 or less. Website issues aside a big thumbs up for Best Buy.

Edited To Add: It took a bit of time but I received my BB Confirmation email fairly shortly after my order was placed even though the order is not part of my Order History on BB’s website...the email puts me at ease that all is good and it will show up on the website soon enough. I added this info to my post to put Kahuna at ease...if BB says your order went through you should be able to relax.

After the 5th or 8th time getting to the final checkout page. Still logged me out, so it was a guest order.

John Wick 2 UHD popped up at $15 at Amazon during all this, so I ordered that there, no problems and dropped it from my BB cart.

I got my order in finally but when I checked out it knocked me out of my account. I got the confirmation e-mail and fortunately also wrote down my order number. Since order place without being logged in the order is not part of my account. No matter how many time I logged in to my account when I got to the checkout page I was a guest.

FYI the confirmation emails like everything else on the site are slow to be received. Anyone who didn't get a confirmation email check again after an hour.

And Amazon is starting to match prices. Wonder Woman $6.99, Logan $8.99, War for The Planet of the Apes $7.99 etc.
