I just got my King Kong disc and it's the same deal with not getting the movie cash. Anybody had any luck finding getting their code?

Update: Just got the email from Best Buy with the movie cash code. Comes many days after they ship the BD, but it does come.

I tried to order the first two online to pickup in store but I am having trouble with a product stuck in my cart that I can't delete. That item, the Moana stelelbook, is no longer available but it will not let me delete it from my cart. It keeps me from having any order go through, while trying to add the tax for that steelbox to my current order. Then when placing the order it says that there was a hiccup. I am not the first person that has had this happen and the recommended fix from Best Buy is not an option for me at the moment. Damn!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sign out, then sign back in. Happens to me when ordering for same day pickup. Signing out clears out the error.

You have to sign out on all computers you have used to order. One of them I do not have access to for a few more days.

I told you how I tried to fix it. I logged out of my account on both my phone and my computer. I did that. I can't log out of my work computer because I am not at work. The point is that what I have done has not worked and I should not have to go through this hassle in the first place.

I finally found a solution that worked for my predicament. I logged out of my account on the computer I am using and then just put a random item in my cart. When I logged in to complete the checkout, the rest of the items were gone. I just deleted the one random item and now my cart is back to square one.
