FYI: For those with 2.0 systems, The audio on Sleepy Hollow is really too low volume, even with auto down mixing to stereo on my Oppo.

I have a very expensive true 150 watt RMS stereo, & I can barely hear what they're saying at full volume (the speakers are not pointed at me for TV viewing; they are set up for music; but with most videos the volume control at around 1 o'clock is still plenty loud).

I haven't got to the other 3 films yet. I also don't remember having this issue on the dvd.

I think the digibook is OP. It has started to command ridiculous prices from Amazon 3rd parties and is no longer available at actual Amazon. Both Target and Best Buy still have it for about $20 with free shipping. Available for shipping only not in store. If you want the smilebox,which imitates the curved screen of Cinerama, this is the only version of the blu ray that has it.

Ordered this last week and got it a couple of days ago. Its a great set although the film is very dated. Its appeal is more for the three strip technicolor image which despite modern day digital tools, still clearly shows the 'stitched' area pretty clearly. The smilebox version is the one that's more appealing.

Also received the $10 GC in my email today - will take a look this weekend to see if anything's worth getting

I didn't get the email and haven't received a freebie from Best Buy in several years. I spent around $400 from them in December.

I wouldn't worry too much about being left out. I am almost positive it is tied to geographic location and the health of your local Best Buy stores. Basically these hand-outs are meant to drum up business in areas that aren't seeing enough sales.
