The guess is that it might be a pricing mistake since it is labeled at $29.99 in store. this is direct from a post at CAG though.
It also never hurts to turn in a lower price note on Amazon as well. You can find the BD here and then you scroll down just above the reviews to find the tell us about a lower price link. I have seen a number of times where Amazon matches or gets close to the price if a bunch of lower price notices are placed.

I just happened to be at a Fry's this afternoon and I noticed a giant sign on the front of the building that says they price match websites. I figured why not test it out and I asked the lady in the movie section if they could price match their own website. She thought it was an odd request until she looked into it. It rings up at $29.99 in store and website still shows $14.99. She took me over to the counter in software and he looked up the exact same information. Once he verified, he made a quote in the system and printed out a copy of the website page. He gave that to the lady helping me and sent us to find some sort of manager at the customer service desk. That guy printed up a green sheet of paper with the quote on it and said to present it at checkout. Such a simple process for something they are promoting.....
Now I need to find a deal on volume 5 one of these days.
