Decided last week to give it more shot by sending one final email, and that just happened. And this after almost two years of zero communication from him. No words.

I also sent them A email about 3 weeks ago.I been asking for refund about once or twice a year now.
And he wrote back A few days ago.Wanted some more info before he process the refund.

It has been so long and what I ordered is stored on my old laptop,I think.
When I get back home,I need to see what Blue Underground I received and have.

If you used web-based email, it should still be there... I search my Yahoo email account all the time for stuff! I mainly use gmail now, but I have lots of history in my Yahoo...

Didn't the horror empire guy get criminally prosecuted for this fiasco? It wouldn't surprise me if there was some kind of plea deal involved.

Probably not. If he did, it would have been a public record and someone would have found it.

I forget why everyone thought using paypal was a better idea than a credit card. You only had protection for 90 days while I sat on the purchase for awhile before calling the cc company, long after 90 days, and got my money back in a couple days.

I guess I was one of the lucky ones. I used Paypal when I placed my order on 12/25/11 and I filed a claim in late January or early February when it began to look like orders would not be fulfilled. That was well within the 90 days. I received my refund to Paypal shortly after the claim.

I got my full order refunded from Paypal, though I filed a claim very early in the process after 30 days. There was no way I was going to hope this small business would come through on delivery. The days of Internet retailers losing money as a growth strategy are over.

No guys, don't ask for a refund. You got to have faith. If we all start refunding now, it'll drive him out of business and we won't get our movies. Just give it a little more time guys. He's doing you a favor by getting you movies at real cheap prices. Return the favor and give him a little more time, it takes time to pack so many orders with just one guy.
