I've been making sure to watch every single one of those Blue Underground Blu-rays that I received from HME (well, actually from Amazon). I can't help but feel guilty that I was one of the lucky few to receive something. The least I could do is make sure those Blu-rays get used! We had a Fulci triple feature in my backyard Saturday night. I wish some people from this thread could have been there.

I talked to my Credit Card Company (Chase Visa) and they said there is no deadline to file a claim so I'll take a chance and give him some more time. As long as I have no deadline to file a claim with my Credit Card I guess I can afford to be patient.

I'm glad I didn't get in on this "deal." The prices were tempting, but an unknown vendor advertising a ridiculously awesome bargain like that set off too many alarm bells for me.

He is underserving of your patience. Please do yourself, and any potential customer, a favor by getting a refund and help put this guy out of business. He has no business being in business.

Kidding, of course. In all seriousness, I am glad you got some of what you ordered. I wish everyone luck who is hanging on to their hopes, since so many canceled and the remaining have a semblance of a fighting chance.

It would be a mild pleasantry to think HME would have shaped up and had everything squared away in 60 days, whether it was sending apologies and refunds or offering to actually ship the things they could. But when you don't have the product and are a callous ass running a scheme, I guess things have to end roughly. It's good to hear that most credit cards don't have time limits on filing claims in such a situation as this. I wouldn't want to imagine him running off with anymore sales proceeds scot-free.

I really tried to give this guy the benefit of the doubt, but he has not answered any of my e-mails over the past 3 weeks and I am feeling more and more that this guy might be shady.

FYI: I ordered over 10 titles, and have only received 3.
