I'm pretty sure this is just some kid operating out of his parents house, I didn't order anything - but judging by the pictures he posted on twitter of his orders arriving from distributors, there is NOWHERE near the amount of product needed to even fill the orders of the people here and blu-ray.com.

Sometimes paying extra is well worth is for Amazon, headache free.

Shop around at other stores besides Amazon. Target was selling Intruder online for $3 more + shipping and you'd get it long before you got it from his store.

My BU order arrived today (Zombie and Maniac). I placed the order 12/23, it shipped 1/2, and arrived 1/5. So just less than 2 weeks to complete the order.

Ordered Zombie/Dead & Buried Blus on 12/19 by Paypal, both shipped 1/5 from Phoenix AZ (Departure scan?) by UPS next day air, should be to me tonight if on schedule.

Had asked after order via contact us, he said it shipped but he needed to update order on website so I got shipping notice later that evening, tweets say he has been up till 4am packing things.

Makes me feel better about my two other orders. He said Scorpion titles should be coming in next week.

Guy seems to be trying, but also I'd imagine overwhelmed since these sale prices were so good.

The guy just mentioned on Twitter that his Pay Pal issues have been resolved, so I hope to get some kind of shipping notice in the next couple days. I ordered the first day of the sale on 12/18 and it's been crickets ever since. I'll probably just skip the Synapse sale all together.

Also, it seems Don May Jr. of Synapse ordered 9 BU titles and has received all but one (Salon Kitty). Of course, the guy running the site could have processed his order a little faster so he could get the word out. Still, a hopeful sign.

On facebook you can see that he gave Don May special treatment. I wish paypal still had his money locked. If he withdrawals all the money, and you file a claim, you are SOL if there is no money in his account.

That's why I think it's crazy using paypal in situations like these.

From the blu-ray thread, it looks like stuff is finally shipping out and arriving. I got an email from him earlier this week that my stuff should be shipped by this weekend. Still no shipping confirmations yet but I guess there's a little more time. I'm more optimistic now but not necessarily about getting a shipping notice in the next few days.

If this place ever gives me another offer I can't refuse, I think I will make a few small orders rather than one large order. I have a feeling I would at least be receiving *something* had I did that. I keep debating sending the guy an email. It might at least help speed up the process a little bit for my order.

I ordered 10 Blu-rays on 12/20 and still nothing. Payed via PayPal and that's only because I had some leftover funds in the account that brought down the price somewhat, so hopefully won't end up regretting that decision.

Still waiting on my 3 Blue Underground orders from 12/20 and 12/26 also paid with Paypal (had 5 to 6 items on each order).
