I received an email acknowledging receipt of the order followed shortly thereafter by a shipment scheduled email. Same process for a second order I placed using the 30% coupon expiring tonight. I paid via cc rather than Paypal for whatever that's worth.

Mine came in today. It was shipped between two cardboard sheets- like Borders used for all it's ship to store orders. It also doesn't have a slipcase.
