Speaking of which, I may have missed it, but did everyone notice more stuff was added to the calendar for the rest of the week?

Hmmm, tempted by BSG tomorrow. But I will likely hold off and wait for it to be in a lightning deal or just a sale later.
Tonight just need to decide if I want to upgrade my Quantum of Solace and then get 1 (or more) of Source Code/Red/Shooter/Anchorman

Wow, those last titles for tonight went to wait list quick. I got Source Code in my cart and then clicked Shooter and am about 100 on the waitlist with a "poor" chance to get it.

I was only going for Let Me In and quickly nabbed it. I thought about Galaxy Quest for a few seconds but then it went waitlist and quickly went to waitlist full. Definitely a feeding frenzy for some of these titles.

Wow I got Galaxy Quest and by the time I went back to get Anchorman I was 50 on the list with a good chance to get.
Can anyone tell me how the Waitlist works?

Got in on Source Code and Let Me In. Surprised how fast Galaxy Quest and Anchorman went. With Source Code being a relatively new release, I figured it would go faster. It's still sitting at 62% claimed.

Picked up Source Code, bringing my holiday total to 29 titles. God, I hope that's it.
Looks like all titles are sold out except Let Me In. Red is just about sold out as well.

I thought Source Code would have gone quickest because it is new. I figured I would have a fairly easy time to get Shooter. Now I am going to have to stay up for a little bit and see if I get it on the wait list.

I think it means that if someone has the title in their cart but doesn't check out in 15 minutes, or removes it from the cart, it goes to the next person in the wait list.

Annoyed. I clicked on Anchorman and it seemed to go through, so I clicked on Source Code and only Source Code made it into the cart. Had to go back to try and get on the waitlist -- now with a poor chance of getting it. Bah humbug.

There isn't a way to be updated on your position on the wait list is there? I would think that would be a good tool for Amazon to have in the future for people to know if there chances are improving or not.

Picked up Source Code, Galaxy Quest and Shooter. My technique is to have a separate browser window open to the Lightning page for each one and then when clock counts down I just go click-click-click. I've never even seen a waitlist.

Yeah, I thought Source Code and Let Me In would go quickly. Never imagined Shooter would sell out period (I did see it, and enjoyed it, but am still surprised). Galaxy Quest and Anchorman are both cult favorites, so I expected them to sell out, but definitely not this quickly...

Great suggestion! I don't think I've ever had a problem either, except for when I arrive late. BTW, glad to see your post, since I always snag your latest Dr Who PDF!

This deal started at 8:30pm. Let's assume the the deal sold out at 8:32pm. After that, everyone goes on a waitlist. The folks that actually got in on the deal have 15 minutes to complete the check out process and actually purchase the item. (In theory not everyone will complete the check out for one reason or another.)
So about 8:47pm, Amazon will send a notice via a pop-up on the upper right hand side of the browser telling you that you have 3 minutes to claim the deal by putting it in your cart. If not, you lose the deal.
Very important, you have to have the Amazon page open in your browser to receive the little pop-up box to get the notification...

Glad to get blind buys Source Code and Let Me In. I love Galaxy Quest and Anchorman, but not enough to upgrade to BluRay, so don't mind missing out on them.

I got Source Code and Galaxy Quest in this final round. I thought Source Code would sell out first so I clicked it first and then went back and added Galaxy Quest. I guess I got lucky on Galaxy Quest, it was gone right after I added it to cart.
