Longtime lurker finally posting. Thanks to Lizard for all the crazy hard work you do in this thread. It's a daily read for me.

Question: does anyone know if the Inception (Two-Disc Edition) comes with a Digital Copy? It's unclear to me from Amazon's description of whether it does or doesn't.

Here in Canada, the 2-disc version does.

I'm not so sure. After a time, Warner dumbs down their BDs from combos to BD only. I'd have to check my combo at home but the DC might have come on the DVD disc.

Another factor is that the download code expires one year after release, which was 12/7/2010, so if you do get it, you need to download it right away.

Shit, sorry about that. The price must have just gone up today. I placed my order last night for $9.99 with the coupon. It looks like that coupon was only good until 9am this morning.

It must've been 9AM Eastern time because I tried to buy a Blu-ray; didn't work. The time was 8:45 AM PST.

All B&N online codes expire in the early morning, 2:59 am Eastern. If there's a store coupon that expires on a Monday the online code works until 2:59 am Tuesday to allow for all time zones.

The one I bought from Amazon on Friday came with it, but it expired 5/6/11. I didn't even look at the card till now. Not even a year, which is pretty crappy on WB's part.

I'm assuming this is unlikely, but did anyone receive Muppet Movie cash for a ticket to The Muppets with the Lightning Deal Tin?

That sucks. I forgot to check my Inception at home, but I know I have some other WB titles that I've been meaning to download pending hard-drive space so I guess I better do that sooner than later.

The release date is listed as October 2010 so probably unlikely.

FYI, not a Blu-Ray deal, but Amazon.ca has 90210 the complete series for $125.66 (all 10 seasons)

$12.57 per season is not bad considering seasons 6-10 are still way overpriced at $27-41 per season.

Do the DCs really expire on the stated date? I thought there was some discussion that they got extended at times or one could contact the studio for an extension.

(I've never used one, so I don't have any experience with it.)

Since I'd bought so much already, I passed on It's a Wonderful Life because I didn't want to pay 13.99. I probably should have just gotten it since I watch it every year.

But it's not too late! Amazon put it in my quick picks today for $28.49 (5% off)!

I don't think I have ever seen a Warner code be extended. And don't bother to e-mail them afterwards, they will tell you to pound sand.

I bought the X-Men trilogy. All of the codes were expired, but two of them worked anyway and Fox sent me a replacement code for the third. Definite thumbs up for Fox.

Here's a good resource for digital copy codes and expiration dates:

I so rarely use my digital copies. They always expire on me. I really should though, since I now have a Touchpad I could load them onto, and watch them when I travel. At least the WB codes should still be good at the WB Insider Rewards site...

I never watch them, but I do redeem them. I figure I may use it at some point.

I was gonna give away all my digital copies since I don't use them but found out the person needs the disc so I went ahead and redeemed them all. 10 of them were expired some as long ago as 2009 and everyone of them worked no problem.

I basically ignored my digital copies until I got an ipod touch and could actually imagine myself watching stuff on it. I don't watch very often but it's nice to go on vacation and pick out some movies to load on it.

This one did. I've had others that I've tried well after and were still valid. I guess WB is more strict with their dates.
