Looks like BB beats Target for The Lion King and African Cats. At BB you get a lunch box while at Target you get the soundtrack on the digital copy if you buy the 3D set. I guess Disney only puts out $5 coupons on its bigger releases and not African Cats (which I've never seen but heard it was good). I have seen The African Cat documentary they made a long time ago, but I doubt that'll ever see BD. Too bad Disney didn't choose a "more different" name so I wouldn't get the 2 documentaries confused.

Re: Best Buy Media Prices (Oct. 2 - 5, 2011)

My birthday is next week and I asked my sister to get me Fast Five as one of my gifts.

They are selling the BD/DVD combo for $25

http://www.amazon.com/Two-Disc-Blu-r...=2VHLMN8XBL5F4

Is that the same BD/DVD that is in this ad for $19.99? She's probably placed the order already, but if Amazon's price drops in the next few days, will she get a credit/re-imbursement? I'm quite surprised that Best Buy is actually cheaper than Amazon on this.

As did I. Maybe they just didn't advertise it, but that wouldn't make sense.

Amazon is selling Pulp Fiction for $15.99 and Jackie Brown for $10.49. If you buy them both together, you can get free shipping on top of that. Seems like a great deal if you don't mind waiting.

Yes she will get a reimbursement if they match BB. BB's version is a steelbook though if you are into that kinda thing.

Here's hoping Amazon will price match The Lion King for $19.99. For those that pre-ordered it with Dumbo back in May and used the coupons, the final subtotal for both would be $25.98 after adjustments. I can live with that.

I had the 3D version pre-ordered as well, but went ahead and canceled it. It appears none of the stores will have it cheaper than Amazon. Even after the coupon, it will still be over $20. I'll pass.

Just so you know, according to the ad scan, your pricing of the Lion King 3D with the lunchbox is wrong.
In the ad it says The Lion King with the lunch is $34.99 and WITH the Disney coupoun it comes out to $29.99. So it's basically $5.00 more if you buy it with the lunch box. What a BUMMER!

Looks like I'll be picking up The Lion King for $10 (w/ subway and DMR coupons) and the Fast Five steelbook.

I may be wrong but I don't think they will allow you to combine both the Subway and the DMR coupons for The Lion King, as both are manufacturer's coupons. YMMV, though.

Think I'll need to spring for the Lion King and Beauty and the Beast with the $5 coupons for both and the additional $8 off if you buy both.

The DMR coupon only applies to the 4 disc version or the trilogy set though.

Exactly they are lionsgate titles with in a few weeks to a month they will easily be in the 7 to 10 dollar range who knows jackie brown could even go down to the 5-6 dollar range.

as much as these Lionsgate distributed Miramax titles have been dropping so fast after release, ive decided to take the wait and see approach with the Miramax/Dimenson titles they release.

The Disney site says it applies only to the 4 disc version. Is there another DMR (or other) coupon for the 8 disc Trilogy (aside from Best Buy's coupon)?

The coupon I printed off from the DMR site says that it includes the 8 disc set. I think I may have clicked into it from Best Buy, but the fine print says both are included.

I see. I didn't know that the DMR coupon was the same as the one that I referred to as Best Buy's coupon.
