People seem to be putting DHL down...another possibility is a computer glitch at Amazon generated shipment notices without the orders ever being fulfilled and turned over to DHL. Remote, but still feasible. --Peter

Perhaps, but that would be some glitch. All I wonder is does it cost them more for Royal Mail I wonder because my replacement got shipped Oct. 25th and I received it already yesterday. All I know is this is the packaging that Back to the Future should have been done from the get go. A very nice packaging indeed for this UK version of the Alien set.

I finally got my wording harsh enough for them to send me another copy and refund my original shipping costs. They didn't say how it will be shipped, and the invoice just says "Standard", so hopefully I won't have a repeat here.

Got mine yesterday, woo-freaking-hoo! A whole week this time which was sadly about the same amount of time some of my domestic Amazon orders take. Great shape, no problems. I got the double sized blu-ray case with six discs which works just fine for me. I look forward to December and Potter. Hopefully that one goes Royal Mail too or hopefully they clear up their issue with DHL. But all good on this side, and may the rest of you get your issues cleared up really soon!

Yup, my set arrived on Monday and even though it's still in the shrinkwrap everything looks to be in perfect condition.
