Yep, link works but I had to copy shortcut and paste it to get it to work for me.

Picked up the BB exclusive of Super for $13.00 when I pm'd Walmart. Flashed the website and listing on my phone to the clerk, who glanced at it and pm'd it.

Worth a shot for the rest of you that might want to pick it up.

I don't have a best buy near me. So I just bought it from FYE. I paid like 17.99 that's after the Backstage pass discount. I didn't feel like waiting a week or so for the movie to arrive to save a few dollars, when I could have had it right there and then. I'm impulsive like that.

Fast Times at Ridgemont High: BR $14.99
Dazed and Confused: BR $14.99
Save $5 when you purchase 2 of these titles on the same receipt: Paul, Your Highness, Fast Times at Ridgemont High or Dazed and Confused.

I had a friend who picked up a few of these movies elsewhere, and the each came with a coupon for $10 off if you bought two or more. Since he only used one coupon, he gave one of the others to me.

Like you, I was originally not going to bother picking up this version of Dazed and Confused, and just hold out for the Criterion. But, with the coupon and deal Best Buy had in place, I essentially ended up getting it for free with my purchase of Fast Times at Ridgemont High. ($14.99 + $14.99 = $29.98 -$5.00 = $24.98 - $10.00 = $14.98) Since I was going to pick up Fast Times at what I thought was a fair price anyway, I figured - why not? Now I can have both without feeling guilty of a double dip, and don't have to wait another two months to finally watch it in High Def.

In fairness, you could have watched it in HD years ago, if you had purchased an HD-DVD player like I did. But I'm not sure if I should be bragging about that. Perhaps you made the better choice...

IMO, Paul is a great movie if you are a Simon Pegg/Nick Frost fan, but I can't rank it as high as Shaun or Fuzz.. Lots of other great actors in the movie as well. Especially great if you have ever been to SDCC. Your Highness, despite having a great cast, fell flat for me. I may pick it up for under $10, just so I can see all of the extra features (and see Natalie Portman's thong a bit closer), but I can't really recommend that movie.

When does the Amazon discount show up? I placed Paul and Fast times in my cart and they didn't show a discount.

Too true, but alas, I did not. There was a time I almost picked up a Toshiba model on clearance for around $50, but I held off, and missed out on it.

However, I've always been a bit peeved it's taken Universal this long to get many of their movies out on Blu Ray - as High Def transfers already existed. I know they may have been holding a grudge that the horse they were backing lost the format war, but come on. At least they are finally making up for lost time. Now if they can just get Mallrats out. I think that's about the only other title that got an HD-DVD release of which I'm still awaiting a Blu Ray version of.

I tried that, and she was almost willing to do it, but then decided she had to call them on the phone to make sure they had it in stock. Then, as she was looking up the phone number, she noticed it was a Best Buy Exclusive, so nixed the deal. Then I pulled out my 10% off RZ silver coupon, and she tried saying "it's on sale, you can't use that" but Super is stickered at $19.99, so either that is the regular price, or it was mislabeled. Since it was labeled that way, she allowed it, even though the register had the * denoting it was on sale. She scanned the coupon, and it DID automatically work, so I got it for $17.99. More than I really wanted to pay, but I'd regret not getting this bonus disc. Way too many extras to miss out on...
