I have the original too.
The Fighter was included in the $10 offer last week and it was on sale for 17.99. However, the new True Grit was 24.99 so I passed. I guess I shouldn't have.

Since it is a combo deal discount and not just a straight up price reduction, I doubt Amazon will match. I don't recall them ever price matching this type of thing.

When did Best Buy start allowing you to pre order titles? The woman that the pick up counter said we have always allowed you to do pre order online! WHen I said "No", she replied that I was wrong.

I just noticed that the 2010 True Grit is listed for pre-order alone for $18. Is there more than one version of this BD because that's an amazing price and I haven't seen anyone else post this info.

I'm not even sure Amazon will match this or if the sale will last until the release date. So you can pre-order and still select store pick-up? They'll just set aside a copy on June 7th? I've done store pick-ups before but never one a pre-order, so I don't want anything to go wrong and lose that price.

Surprised this release didn't get a slip.

I was holding out on this, but just got emailed a $5 RZ certificate so I bit. Does anyone here know how likely I would be to receive the preorder prior to release date? I have no idea how Best Buy handles these.

Not likely, at least in my experience. They usually ship it out release day or the day after. I've only done a handful of titles over the past few years, so maybe it's changed recently.
