you would have had to of had one emailed to you by B&N or aquire one from someone willing to part with theirs

Okay, I'm kind of a newbie at this - the one that's in the linked thread, even though it says "Save 10%, 15%..." IS a 50% off coupon? Am I reading that right? 'Cuz directly above it, in bold, it says "Save 15% on one item." Trying to figure out which one is the 50% off coupon.

Blame: 70% on my work never allowing me enough time to go shopping and browse stores during normal working hours, 20% on B&N for only having stores out of my way in my area, and 10% on my laziness not wanting to spend my only 2 days off from work driving around. Oh, by the way, did I mention I hate my job? :-)

I didn't get a chance to use this once.

Went to my local B&N, found a title and handed the guy working my coupon. He said they can't take them anymore because "people on the internet have been copying them and selling them".

You don't say... jackass. Too bad B&N doesn't realize that exploiting a coupon like this is the only way I'd ever shop in their stores. Fuck 'em.

Who would be "selling" a coupon? Or, to put it another way, who in the world would pay for a coupon? (I guess the same people who regularly shop B&N for their "great deals".)

B&N does have great deals. You just have to know when and how to shop there.
I don't think B&N is going anywhere. They are selling a ton of Nooks and might see some improvement in numbers what with the struggles of Borders.

Wanted to use this on some games last time it was out, but the only BN within driving distance to me didnt have a games section. SNAP! Too bad it wasnt a borders coupon.
