Yeah, but for amazon, I have to buy another item to go over $25 to get free shipping and I have to pay tax in my state also. So, this is good news for me. I have gift certificate at bestbuy, is only 5 minutes away from my house, I can choose best conditioned slipcover(if it has one), and I don't have to wait for shipping :)

Probably in for Parents/Fockers if Amazon matches. I'm resigned to the fact that there will be no trilogy box set to worry about, unfortunately. (I like box sets).

looks like Target is the place to go for Tron. I really hope Amazon decides to match the $8 off, but it might not be worth the hassle of trying to get Amazon to do the $5 off coupons.

not directly related to this weeks ad, but does anyoneknow if FYE price matches Best Buy? The reason I ask is because they (BB) have 'Casino' on sale for $9.99 this week and I was hoping that I could PM at the FYE in the mall. And if so, if I showed them the ad from my iPhone, would that do suffice?

I know it may be YMMV, but just wondered if anyone had had any luck in the past

It's very hit and miss.... the employee at the counter probably won't do it, but the manager might. There are 4 FYE's where I live and only 1 will price match, and that's only because I am in there all the time and have gotten to know the manager really well. For the most part, they won't match, but you might luck out.

yeah i went in on tuesday and they were all gone. they had 1 more coming in, but it was one that some else already ordered. i would have pmed at sears but i'm trying to use up my rewards certificates that expire soon

I'm still TRON-confused (AC, DC? I feel like every time I learn a new acronym ten more pop up I need to learn) I am on the fence for LITTLE FOCKERS as the reviews were so bad but I hate having incomplete sets and I genuinely enjoyed the first two. And I am definitely in for DUE DATE once Amazon PM's and I'll use the Prime shipping. And I won my NCAA pool tonight which will pay for these weeks purchases--$600 clams for a $5 investment! Way to go UCONN!! I can't believe I finally won...

Part of me misses having an NCAA pool...one of my former workplaces had one, and I won it two years in a row. One of those years was another UConn championship.

I got the identity disc edition of Tron this morning. Went in right when they opened up and on the display there were only two of them there. I didn't even bother looking in the regular DVD/Blu-Ray section.

So these maybe in short supply, or may vary by store.

Watching Tron right now and the PQ and SQ are better than the DVD. A quick glance at the extras seems to duplicate what was on the Special Edition DVD set.

I've had them price match a few times but they will only do so with a printed advertisement. They have to keep the ad and send it to corporate along with their copy of the receipt and a note that they price matched. They will not price match an online price...even their own website.
