Thanks for the link . I'm honestly tempted by both the Spies Like Us/Funny Farm as well as the Wayne's World duo. Though I found myself frustrated by pairings such as Waterworld/U-571 or Fletch/Bruce Almighty. Surely, there was another Kevin Costner adventure they could throw in with Waterworld or another 80's comedy they could slip in with Fletch. But leave it to the twofers to always hit and miss.

FYI, many of these titles are also 12.99 at Amazon, and Presumed Innocent/Frantic is cheaper (only 9.49 at Amazon). But some are cheaper at BB, so I may get a few...

How come Tommy Boy and Black Sheep says BBy exclusive? I bought it at WM about 6 months ago.

Maybe it includes an item with the pack that is exclusive to the release? Like the Dr. Horrible blu BB exclusive had a comic with the commercial blu-ray packed together.

Wal-Mart might package their own 2-Packs (Costco does this sometimes), whereas the Best Buy versions have official studio card board slip sleeves.

Could be it, but mine came with the 2 BDs packaged on top of each other with a slipcover that looks like the one on BBy's website IIRC. Anyhow, not a great mystery that I'm dying ro solve. I got it for $15 with no sales tax back then. So, not much of a difference. Speaking of 2 packs, for $15 I saw Surf's up/Water horse at WM, but didn't pick it up. Water horse would've been a blindbuy.

I think only the Warner 2 packs are in a single case. I stopped by Best Buy this weekend and picked up Wayne's World and Coming To America/Trading Places sets. 10% coupon didn't work though.

I would like Spikes Like Us/Funny Farm too because they've never been released in widescreen. That said, I just checked the reviews and many of the 6 I read mention that Spies Like Us has an often distracting hiss or buzz in the soundtrack. If that makes it unwatchable, then I'll have to wait for a lower price as I'll have to look at it as just buying Funny Farm (which I like a lot more than Spies Like Us).

Has anyone watched Spies Like Us in this BD pack and could comment on how bad the hiss actually is? Unfortunately none of the reviews have specifics.

I've watched Spies and didn't notice a hiss. I have a sub & soundbar setup though and not 5.1 or higher rig. Not sure if that would be a factor.
