Target B&M: Ghost Rider & Handcock (Blu-ray Essentials Editions) $5 each

I saw these when I was at Target today, they even had the regular shelf tags for $5.00. They were mixed in on the endcap display that normally has $10 Blu-rays.

I prefer being blown to being handcocked.

Even at $5 some may say these are too expensive.

Agreed, but flip the script... have the studios pay me $5 per movie then I'll watch 'em (not thread crapping btw, just saying).

It's great to see some sub $8 Blu-Rays especially considering these are some pretty recent movies. This is the year we're going to see a lot more super cheap Blu-Rays all thanks to the state of our awesome economy!

Too bad that $5 Target coupon from last year didn't become an annual thing.

Yeah, I wrote that and then I went to Target and would have bought Ghost Rider if it was there. :/ It's a sickness. Being "so cheap" is the reason I bought a lot of movies I didn't want.

I hear ya, brotha. I have a ton of DVD's and BD's I haven't watched, and should never have bought, just because they were cheap... I could open my own Blockbuster with all the shit I have... Sadly, I bought both of these titles at least twice this price, and haven't watched either of them... Even sadder, I also own Ghost Rider on DVD, and never watched that either... Still sealed...

Saw these two "Essentials" edition titles on the $10 endcap at my local Target, but both were marked - and both scanned as - $14.99.

I got banned from my Target when I demanded the girl in Electronics give me handcock for $5. Now I have to tell all my neighbors.

My Target didn't have either title in-stock. Oh well...

Re: Target B&M: Ghost Rider & Handcock (Blu-ray Essentials Editions) $5 each

My Target never has any of these deals! I did find an empty Brady Bunch S1/2 box yesterday but that's about it. We rarely get any of the good tv season two-packs so I doubt they have these.

When I asked where Handcock was they said that they don't sell guns...

Re: Target B&M: Ghost Rider & Handcock (Blu-ray Essentials Editions) $5 each

Can someone else confirm the price? Because their website said this is $10 and the Target that has "limited available" is long drive away.

I would pay $5 for Ghost Rider, it had some nice effect and I'm a sucker for comic book movies.
But can't imagine paying anything for Hancock. It started well enough, but the whole 2nd half of the story is just ridiculous and unwatchable.

I think Handcock was on Skinemax last night.

I know, right? Some of the deleted scenes are even worse.

No dice at my local Target either. Can anybody else at all confirm this deal?

Is this the same guy who found BTTF for $13 the other week?

I actually really liked Hancock. But not so much on Ghost Rider. Target has clearance deals at certain stores. Maybe that's what they saw.

At 3 Targets, none had Ghost Rider at all, and only 1 had Hancock. Oddly enough, it was marked $5, but rang up at $15.

Tell me about it. The other day I added up all what I spent on movies. Looking at a wall full of discs i have seen that I have over 300 movies to watch. As of today I stop buying them. Just going to wait till Nov to buy again. This way we can watch somethings.

Oh hell who am I joking!
