True, and they do it very quickly. However, at the end of the year, you lose all excess points. They process all certificates, and if you have any leftover points, you lose them. For instance, if you have 400 points, they will generate a $5 certificate on 12/31, and you will lose the other 150 points. So depending on how many points you have right now, you may want to wait until January 1st to return anything which will give you partial points back. Then again, the partial points could help you get another $5 cert. So you'll want to do the math and figure it out...

cancelled Coraline and Wanted gift sets. I guess the Coraline 3D is going through (so far, but I'm not holding my breath) and Mamma Mia was not listed as being a set to cancel.

There goes the "Best Buy will come through with these orders unlike DeepDickheadscount and other retailers" spiel that some people posted. 3 of the 4 items I ordered were cancelled as well. This and the Target LOTR fiasco have soured me from ordering online from these two. I will still but in store from BB but will be leary about great but supposedly legit sales from now on.

Be sure to keep all emails 'til this mess is cleared up. Hellboy 2 is still showing up in my order history but now it's $59.99 + tax since the other DVD set now shows as cancelled. This might get messy.
