They more then likely work in Circulation for a News Paper. I used to be a ZM for the OC Register (3am). At times we would get the Ads in the main office then to my offices about 5/2 days before they need to be put into the Sunday paper.

Right or Wrong take it how you want. I would get the coupons for the Sunday paper on Mondays. I would then take them to the stores and use them. The stores would have some of the items on AD a head of time to get ahead of the coupons. A six pack of soda would cost me out the door under .20 each by the time I used the 3x face value, and no CRV. On the same point I used to play racket ball. I seen Big5 having a racket on-sale really oh hell F***en cheap. I took the ad 4 days before ad day and got it. Turn out it was a misprint. The Big5 store make some calls and I was called into the main office. They wanted me to find out who took the Ad to the store and used it :)
