As a Best Deny expert, I can tell you that if you tried this at any stores in my area you would be told either the pricematch OR the $5 manufacturer's coupon because offers can't be combined. However, I know from reading others' experiences that Best Denys in other states might do both if you find a nice employee who doesn't get off on denying (most do). So you should go in expecting to get denied, but you might get lucky. My advice is to buy it at Target with the $5 mfg. coupon and save your $5 RZ certificate for something else if it doesn't expire soon.

I verified that's true. The $3 off coupon only works on the expensive combo version of The Other Guys. Not having seen this movie, $12.99 is past my blind buy range, but at $9.99 I'd bite. However, I'd rather not add another title to my return pile by placing an order now and hoping they'll apply the $3 coupon afterwards (though it seems several people are having success). I may try calling them to see if they can place the order for $9.99 on the spot. Otherwise, I'll wait. I expect all of these BDs will be $9.99 or less by the end of 2011.

Yeah, that's what I'm going to do. My cert is about to expire but I might use it on The Office S5 BD taking that down to $14.99.

Thanks, I sent a follow-up and explained that I've had credits applied after the fact several times before and I know others have as well, so due to that and the fact that I do a large amount of business with Amazon, I would like the $4.00 credit applied. They e-mailed me back again saying they can't do it right now, but they'll credit $4.00 to my credit card. Works for me. I like Amazon's customer service overall, but it seems like some agents try to shoot you down initially and you have to come back at them to get them to do what they should've done in the first place. Oh well; all's well that end's well, I suppose.

Funny thing about those $7.99 titles. I was at BB on Thursday I think to pick up Superbad since BB.com had it for $7.99. It was in a bin with others but those rang up at full price. Glad I stopped in today to grab those now (although for some reason the sign on the bin said $8.99, but it rang up at the right price).

I Wanted LE, Coraline Gift Set, and Hellboy 2 Gift Set plus Van Helsing. $24.36 shipped for each order (had to place 2 seperate orders for discount to work). I'm a sucker for collector's sets but couldn't bring myself to buy Mamma Mia.
