It's not like the Best Buy order went off without a hitch. The store didn't have Forbidden Planet after all. I was given the option to call and have it shipped for free. After getting disconnected (twice) I finally got it sorted.

Most of the seasons are cheap at dvd2blu.com. S3 is $14.95, and S1 and S4 are 19.95 each. They don't carry S2 though.

For people that don't have any Superman movies, this is a good deal.

I remember when the 14 disc Ultimate Superman Collector's DVD tin (the one that had defective discs inside that had to be exchanged) came out and I paid something like $50 at B&N which was a good deal at the time. Then a couple years later it was $20 at Ross and 1 day (I didn't write down the date) it was $13 at Amazon. Of course I opened mine, exchanged the discs, and never watched a single movie in it. So, as this would be a DVD to BD upgrade, and to avoid seeing another huge price drop after I buy, I'll be waiting for cheaper. I doubt we'll be so lucky to see $13 or $20 like the DVD set any time soon, though.

This seems to be the case with this movie along with a handful of others. Someone has posted about the UK version being about $35US? There really is not much they can do with this movie. It was made very cheap to start off with. I like my $5 DVD set at this point.
