Yes it is. A lot of Paramount catalog Blus are OOP. You might be able to find Zodiac at your local Blockbuster as part of a 2 for $15 sale. I paid just over $11 for it used when it was still in print and going for $25-$30 brand new and don't regret it one bit.

I watched the first episode last night and was pleasantly surprised. Consider it two or three full length zombie movies for just over 20 bucks and it will make it easier to pick it up.
