I don't know about you, but I watched The 10 Commandments twice a year... when it came on tv at Easter and at X-mas. Never failed that it ALWAYS played those days.

I haven't checked the triple camel to see Amazon's lowest price ever, but Apollo 13 BD was $7.99 at Fry's Electronics in May 2010 whose ad I used to PM at Target. I'd expect that price again sometime, but not necessarily at Amazon any time soon.

Ditto. The good priced items I already have, and the items I wanted aren't cheap enough even with $6 off. But we have a few weeks to use it. Hopefully something will be on sale either there, or somewhere that Amazon will PM, to make for some more possible bargains...

In the narrative of the Exodus, the Bible tells that God, through Moses, helped the Children of Israel escape slavery in Egypt by inflicting ten plagues upon the Egyptians before Pharaoh would release his Israelite slaves; the tenth and worst of the plagues was the slaughter of the first-born. The Israelites were instructed to mark the doorposts of their homes with the blood of a spring lamb and, upon seeing this, the spirit of the Lord passed over these homes, hence the term "passover". When Pharaoh freed the Israelites, it is said that they left in such a hurry that they could not wait for bread to rise. In commemoration, for the duration of Passover no leavened bread is eaten, for this reason it is called "The Festival of the Unleavened Bread".

Easter is linked to the Passover and Exodus from Egypt recorded in the Old Testament through the Last Supper of Christ and crucifixion that preceded the resurrection. According to the Canonical gospels, Jesus was tried and crucified during the Jewish Passover festival week. He rose from the dead on the third day after his crucifixion. This is celebrated as "Easter Sunday".

The first ark, sure. But I think Asylum did a low budget version of The Ten Commandments where Moses built an ark... I think it was called The Eleven Commandments...
