Yes, but they intentionally named the movie that, in order to get people to think it's the other movie. Pretty much all of Global Asylum's movies are rip-offs of major Hollywood movies:

100 Million BC
Paranormal Entity
Haunting of Winchester House
Street Racer
Snakes on a Train
Universal Soldiers
The list goes on and on. They make these cheap ripoffs, and release them straight to DVD around the same time as the actual Hollywood movie comes out, hoping they can capitolize on the profits. Sadly, I think this tactic must actually be working, since they apparently can afford to keep doing this.

Damn, I own almost every title on that list. The ones I don't own are $14.99, and I don't want to own. Oh well. District 9 is only $10.99, so I'm sure someone will take advantage of this deal...

I contacted Amazon.com through their Live Chat system and they lowered the price to $22.99 for me -- making it $12.99 after the coupon. If they don't adjust it for you soon I would go this route.

I guess I'll post this here though it'll probably be missed. I searched on Megamind and couldn't find any active discussions which is amazing considering a few people have mentioned in this thread the so-called aliasing issues in the video that so many reviews (all except 1 I found off of DVD Basen recently) mentioned as being so bad it was distracting.
Well, I ordered the combo deal with HTTYD and watched the Megamind BD last night specifically looking for this horrific problem. I saw zip zero nada problems, so either I'm blind and unobservant, it doesn't really exist (or was only on screener copies to reviewers), or there's some sort of equipment/distance viewing issue involved. I'm certain I saw no horizontal aliasing, though when there were sideways pans there may have been some stutter, but nothing beyond what I'd expect when a movie is panning and I don't have that auto motion feature on (which makes things look weird to me).
So, IMHO, there are no Megamind BD issues. If anyone else has observed them and can help me see them, please post or point me to the proper thread. For $26.98 for Megamind + HTTYD BDs, I'm fairly happy given that Megamind was a good blind buy (i.e. I liked it) and I thought it looked as good as any of my other computer animated BDs.
