It's sad that I'm having a hard time ponying up even $8 for Blu-rays nowadays. I think I may have to just be happy with some of the $5 Blu-ray titles later tonight at Walmart.

If you have a Discover card, the normal 1% cashback has been doubled to 2% on Internet purchases. You have to register your card/sign up for that bonus.
There's also an additional 5% cashback by clicking thru http://www.shopdiscover.com and paying with your Discover card. According to the FAQ, the 5% cashback stacks with your normal cashback.
That should help offset some, if not all, the sales tax.

If you have a Meijer near you, they have all five seasons of WEEDS (regular DVD and Bluray) on sale for $8 each, today, Thanksgiving.

Ordered a copy of Predators.
Wish Prince of Persia didn't sell out so quick, then I'd have all my Black Friday BD shopping done

Re: BestBuy.com Black Friday Deals start
Anyone have luck with in-store pick up? I ordered the 3 seasons of Mad Men on Blu-ray on Thursday but have not received a pick-up e-mail and looking at the site now, all 3 are sold out at my store. I assume I'm SOL on this (plus I used a $5 RZ Cert) so I'm kind of pissed. All it says on the order status is "Confirming store inventory".
Edit: I went ahead and canceled my BB order and ordered it from Amazon. I know I'll have to wait a few weeks to get it but $9.99/set is too good of a price to pass up.

Spartacus being one of them. Luckily someone was able to help me find what may have been the last Blu-Ray copy in the store and I quickly paid for it.

Was bummed that Prince of Persia was sold out online, so I tried my luck at around 4-5pm tonight at my local Best Buy (San Rafael, CA).
Lots of copies of all the $9.99 BD's just sitting in a display.

Re: BestBuy.com Black Friday Deals start
I ended up getting all 4 Futurama movies for $5 each, Saving Private Ryan blu, V For Vendetta blu, also got Rambo Extended blu for $7.99. I was also able to get Da Vinci Code extended and Fifth Element blu's for $10 each. For some reason (must have been a mistake) in the cardboard stand that had all the $10 blus, there was stacks of both Da Vinci Code extended and Fifth Element. I ended grabbing both of them along with all my other stuff cause i thought they were $10. When i got to the register both the Fifth Element and Da Vinci Code rang up as $21.99. I told the cashier they were supposed to be $10 and he called over the manager to which the manager told me that sometimes people just drop off movies at random places and thats probably wat happened here. I told him i understood wat he was saying but that there was entire stacks of the movies there labeled under $10. He then asked for a price check but seeing as how it was friday morning and pretty much chaos in the store he said to the cashier "just adjust the price to $10" so i ended up getting both movies for $10 each.

I don't know if this should be a new Best Buy Cyber Monday thread, but they've got The Human Centipede for $9.99, Breaking Bad Season 1 for $14.99 (of course my Amazon order for Season 1 @ $18.49 is shipping soon, dammit), and Road to Perdition for $14.99, among others.

The Human Centipede product page is showing a picture of the One Armed Executioner/They Call Her Cleopatra Wong double feature DVD. I hope they ship out the correct title.
