Thanks for the heads up on this. I tried some 30% off coupon they sent me last year and it worked.

I'll have to wait till they restock tonight though. They have been restocking but it's only like a few titles a night or so.

Yeah, my wishlist has had very little luck in having item status changed to being available. They may stopped used media purchases although their inventory process seems to be running every night - I can say that because their pricing keeps changing even on the OOS items. In the last 10 days or so, I have only had one item on my wishlist come back in stock - 'Dick Tracy' and I grabbed that with one of those 30% off coupons. My gut tells me they won't run any online final sale as that would entail S/H, personnel etc, so I would grab whatever they have until the time they are still in business.

Yeah... supposedly the "buy back" policy has stopped so there should be no further "new" stock for used. I can see it taking a few days for stuff purchased prior to that cut-ff to make it into inventory.

I, too, have seen a few things come back into stock but as they go OOS I don't expect to see them get replenished. I'm now looking for a few items that'll be decent prices using one of those 30% off codes.

Don't know if the codes still work or if anyone has an "Excess" of codes but if anyone does I could definitely use it.

Got a $5 off $20 coupon via email today. I was almost excited because those can be used for titles on which % off coupons don't work - then I open the email to see that it's good for store use only. Bummer. I've not been in the store here in months and it wasn't worth the effort. At least they still have lots of cars in the parking lot whenever I go by...

When they have a real blowout sale I'll probably clear a ton off of my CD wantlist. GH was my main used CD supplier, but lately, the condition of items has been atrocious. I can't believe they buy in some of these things sometimes.

yikes, man, doesn't sound good to hear that. Just placed an order for a load of used soundtrack CDs. Xing my fingers on condition of the same. As long as they rip well into 320kbps MP3s, am good. BTW, there's an ongoing promotion on select used CD's. Coupon code 'HOOBASTANK' gives you BOGO. Got 10 CDs for about $20 shipped.

I'm tempted to go in there and snag some last minute used items but is t even worth it? If they're OOS then the listing should just not be there anymore. I don't care to sift through the left over crap.

I'd say just click the box that excludes OOS from showing - but it doesn't work and never has worked properly.

Yes - their prices are frequently ridiculous. Prices *used* to fluctuate drastically depending on what sale may/may not be in effect but I've not seen any changes on anything in my wishlist since the bankruptcy announcement.

The latest info on "reducing prices dramatically to reduce inventory" seems to point to them not doing so. Apparently they're transitioning to selling all that "junk" rather than being a media store.
