Got Wolverine and the Xmen Complete series for $22.70

I bought that along with Robocop Trilogy. They didn't reduce the price for Robocop so I returned it but the manufacturer coupon had to be manually entered in so I still got that $5 taken of Wolverine and the Xmen. Happy accident!

im sure it will but tuesdays~ is release day so i always assume new releases fly out the store that day & employees' know its on sale. It may not be an issue but the longer this RZ coupon is presented at smaller stores, perhaps...sales prices may be voided. Scott pilgram is not a major must have by the masses so it shouldnt draw attention. i always suggest..waiting a day or so after big movie release! My TS3 purchase suprised me!! 2 bad, firefly & dollhouse series were sent back by bb stockers.

I had both the 30% coupon and the TS3 coupon denied by 2 different BB stores. They wouldn't take the 30% off regardless of if it was on sale or not. I just emailed RZ Premier service about it. We'll see what they have to say.

I've never seen a company that doesn't have it's shit together on coupons like BB. The managers outright refuse things based on whether or not they think it's fair.

@lordzepp.. its the last day for the TS3 coupon!! That best buy is required to honor the 30% off because its 34.99 since Nov. 7. And, the coupon 2. Manual input if needed. What a load of crock!!!! U need to call that store district manager now! Do, u have a Bj's near U? check and see if TS3 is still 29.99 & the IRebate of $3 = $26.99 + coupon can be used. Add, the TS3/free eggs & juice combo coupon found @ thedoor flyer ads. total around $19 something.... WOW, im tempted to go get u a ts3 ...because i want to test bb because u having issues there.

Amen. You've discovered why I dislike them so much and why I call them Best Deny. Of all the stores I deal with, it's a huge YMMV any time you use any coupon of any type and if you try to use 2 coupons then you're really in the super YMMV territory. What happens with your email to the RZ Premier service is equally YMMV. You could get a "we're sorry but we support the local store's policies" email (most likely) or you could get some YMMV number of RZ points to compensate (small chance) or they could call up the store and rip the manager to make them honor it (very unlikely). You never know with Best Deny. Actually it made me think of a quote:

Best Deny "is like a box of chocolates... you never know what you're gonna get". (I purposefully omitted the last word to make it work.)

I'm probably getting about 75% of the deals to work. Once in a while, I have an issue like this. I'll just bitch to the one manager up at a different BB tonight when I go to pick up COD: Black Ops at midnite.

As for Premier CS...They hand out 500 point "apologies" all the time. I'm sure this will be another one, since I'm legitimately signed up for the program and got the text with the coupon (and I'm premier).

It really has to do with what manager is on duty, how busy they are, and which location. They're about as consistent as any retailer right now with their policies and enofrcement.

Got the Vengeance trilogy for $38 (after tax) and the Robocop trilogy for $23. No problems. I may try another store with a better selection. Not sure if either is especially a good deal, but I've got 30 days to make up my mind. This is like the 5th time I've bought Robocop and the 3rd time I've bought Old Boy. The other 4 I also have on DVD.

Went to use it on Scott Pilgrim. They said it didn't qualify since it was on sale. I asked if they could get a manager to override so I could get the 30% off of the 29.99 retail price. The clerk then hit a few buttons, and gave me the discount plus the the sale price. Final cost: $18.89

Are most of you using a printout of the 30% off phone code or actually showing them the text on your phone? I know at least 1 person said he used a printout, but for the rest of you using a phone code are they asking to see your phone or just taking the printout? (I realize it's always YMMV at Best Deny, but I'm still curious). I'm thinking I'd rather use the phone code printout than my 1 original which I'm hoping to save for 11/14. I still doubt it'll work but you never know. I'll be going by Best Deny once this week and on 11/14. 2 chances to try and be denied. :-)
