I think I am going to jump on this deal. I always wanted to see Chuck and Terminator: SCC . Pretty good deal on those plus you only send 1 DVD for whole season.

Re: $4.95 Blu Rays at DVD2Blu
Let me ask again more succinctly in hopes one of you will know the answer so I don't have to try to contact them:
1. How do they enforce the limit 25 upgrades per household (split over multiple orders)?
2. Can you have more than 1 order in progress at the same time?
(Yesterday I placed a quickie order for the 4 TV series I wanted fearing they'd go up in price or disappear, and I'd still like to place another $35 order this weekend... can I do that?)

Thanks, CurtisRob, for the info. I had gotten impatient waiting for a reply and emailed DVD2BLU my questions, but they haven't responded yet (and I don't know if they ever will).
So it sounds like my only potential problem is having 2 open orders at once rather than the 25 limit. I placed the order immediately because last time I hesitated a couple days, they yanked Planet Earth and jacked up prices on a couple others I wanted, so this time I didn't want them to screw me over on TSCC and PD seasons which I think I've missed about 3 previous times with WBShop and Gohastings yanking/canceling the deals the moment I see them. I noticed both series are still there for the same price (because I ordered mine... had I not they'd be $19.95 or $24.95 or gone by now).
I wonder what would happen if I put in the same order again + some other $4.95 titles I want (assuming it lets me place a second order with an existing one open), then I never send in anything for the original order? I suppose at some point the first order would expire/cancel?

I got my last confirmation e-mail with preaddressed shipping label about an hour after placing my order. In the past I've had to wait overnight before getting the e-mail though.

Any word yet on HD-DVD discs qualifying?
What about promo discs? I have a few crap titles ("The Making of 300", "Best Buy Coming Attractions", "The Best of HBO", etc) that are worthless to me and I would love to have a way to unload.

Re: $4.95 Blu Rays at DVD2Blu
So, do people now feel safe sending in their "any" DVDs given that earlier it was posted some DVD2BLU reps were unaware of the switch to allow "any" DVD? I got the impression some people thought it was wise to wait for them to become informed so as not to reject our trade-ins. Similarly, one cannot wait too long because they could change the rules back at any moment. I didn't get a chance to look for more $4.95 BDs, so I hope this (including the free shipping over $35) lasts at least another week.
For those asking about accepting HD-DVDs, I'd seriously doubt it because that's a different program. DVDs are so plentiful, it should be easy enough to find some DVDs, though I can understand some people wanting to get rid of HD-DVDs since there's little market for them. I've got lots of HD-DVDs I wish I hadn't bought... mainly because I've seen the BD for about the same price.

I placed an order, but based on these supposed unaware reps, I'm going to send in a print of the FAQ from the website with the 'any dvd' thing highlighted.

I ordered 5 and sent one promo (Bored to Death sampler) and one HD (one of the Harry Potter dual sided combo). Since shipping is free, I lose nothing if they reject two.

No, I was just going to get a few $1 BDs so I would have BD replacement cases in the future but I don't want to spend $1 to just get a case and not be able to trade in the disc.

I'm in the same boat. I did everything on the website on Saturday and still haven't got an email yet. Was going to look at the website again and see if there is a phone number to call or email address to write to, but the site seems to be down now.

The site is working fine for me. Did you check your spam folder? I received my email within 24 hours.

Yeah, I've been checking the spam folder everyday and still nothing has shown up. I thought with maybe doing it on the weekend was the reason for the delay, but since it's now Tuesday and nothing has shown up thought it was time to email them.

Re: $4.95 Blu Rays at DVD2Blu
It took a day to get my confirmation email. Unfortunately, I placed a second order because I (incorrectly) assumed the first one didn't take. I called WB's customer service and they are reporting "higher than normal" activity - duh. She canceled my duplicate order no problem.
The CSR also said that it may take as long as 4-6 weeks to receive an order and maybe longer if titles are back-ordered. I hope these come before Christmas....
