I've usually found the DVDs/BDs in the seasonal Halloween section, often in the middle of an aisle rack. You may some stocked in the electronics section, but I don't believe they set up a display or endcap in electronics.

They were in the Halloween section next to the candy, across from the Halloween Oreos.

There was a section of regular DVDs with them too, some Goosebumps movies and other things, I was in a hurry and only looked over the BRs.

I was in a Super Target.

This is extremely YMMV. I went to two Target's (not too far apart) yesterday and saw the kiddie DVD's but no horror BD's

I saw Halloween, Hellraiser, Children of the Corn, and Dawn/Day of the Dead at BJs today for $9.99 .

I've been to two Targets. One only had the kid DVDs and it was a smaller Target. The other had the all the horror Blu-rays listed above and it was the larger type of Target.

My Target also only had the Goosebumps and whatnot, although their entire Halloween display wasn't out yet.

I don't see why they'd put them in two different spots though.
